Three-year Term

I began attending the First UU Church of San Diego in 1986 in anticipation of the adoption of my first daughter, Anna. I served for four years on the Coffee Committee, and for the next four years co-taught the first and second grades in RE. For the past six years, I have worked in the bookroom, and became co-chair with Rose Van Oss approximately three years ago. In 1999 I adopted my second daughter, Alicia.

I am a retired psychologist and for eighteen years directed a child abuse prevention and treatment center. After eighteen years as a Friend of the church, I made the big leap to membership in 2004. When you don't see me in church or in the bookroom I am likely involved in a basketball game in the Senior Women’s BB League.
